Description

As you might know, the Ampex/Quantegy 406 tapes suffer form sticky shed, and can only be used after baking. We have baked these 1″ tapes and they are good to use for 3-6 months (at least) before baking is required again. Use these tapes for practice recordings, or if you are on a budget, because 1″ tape that is not sticky is rare to find used and very expensive new! This is a pancake (no reel included)
